AC Milan defender Daniele Bonera has urged Real Madrid midfielder Kaka to accept a move back to the San Siro.

Milan hope to bring back Kaka just three years after his huge move to Real Madrid.

"In football terms he can still give so much and of course he's a lovely person. Having him here would be positive for many reasons, starting from how hard he trains and sets the example for others. Ricky is a fantastic professional," said Bonera.

"For this season I am betting on Pato, as I am convinced he has matured and the situation that has developed at the club will suit him.

"The fans must have faith, just as we have in this team. Building something new is a big challenge for everyone who is still here."
