Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero feels they're capable of winning the Champions League.

Aguero insists City can follow Chelsea's lead and break the traditional stranglehold on the trophy.

"It's very difficult to win that trophy, as all the best teams in the world play in it, but with our squad, with consistency and with all the effort we put in, we will try to achieve just what Chelsea did," he told the People.

"Everyone expected last season's final to be between Barcelona and Real Madrid but it did not happen like that. That just shows us that anything is possible in football."
