Rudi Skacel hopes he can get some interesting offers after his contract with Heart of Midlothian expired.

The 32-year old Czech attacking midfielder, who has ruled out a return to former club Slavia Prague, is on the lookout for a new home after his time in Edinburgh came to an end and is hoping for a testing challenge somewhere else in Europe.

"I have not spoken to anyone from the Czech Republic, which includes people at Slavia," he told isport.blesk.cz.

"I am not closing any doors but I had a good season and I am healthy, so I would like to stay abroad.

"I scored 18 goals last season, so hopefully I will get an interesting offer.

"I would like to play for a team that wants to challenge for the top places. It does not matter which country it is."
