Arsenal contract rebel Robin van Persie has again been spotted house-hunting in Cheshire.

The Daily Star Sunday says he has been seen in Cheshire to signal that it's a straight fight between Manchester City and Manchester United for his signature.

The Arsenal striker, who has told boss Arsene Wenger he won't sign a new contract, was seen in the millionaires' village of Hale before jetting off on holiday.

And Van Persie, 28, will now return this week to inform Wenger officially that he wants to pack his bags and move north.
