Tottenham are monitoring Giuseppe Rossi's situation at Villarreal.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy failed with a £30 million offer for the ex-Manchester United striker 18 months ago.

Federico Pastorello, Rossi's agent, says he'll seek to leave Villarreal once he fully recovers from a knee injury.

"Once recovered, surely he will not play in the Liga Adelante with Villarreal. Concrete offers will be evaluated," he said.
