(Adds replacement)
PARIS, Nov 7 (Reuters) - France flanker Fulgence Ouedraogo is out of Friday's game against South Africa in Toulouse because of a shoulder injury.
He has been replaced in the squad by Castres's Ibrahim Diarra, the French federation said.
"A scan has shown Ouedraogo injured his left shoulder during a French championship match between his Montpellier team and Montauban on Thursday," media manager Lionel Rossigneux said in a statement.
"In agreement with the medical staff of Montpellier, Ouedraogo will go back to his club for further treatment. He has been ruled out of the South Africa test."
The 23-year-old flanker has been a regular in France's back row over the last two seasons and has 17 caps.
He is the third player forced to withdraw from the 30-man squad after prop Luc Ducalcon and flanker Antoine Burban.
