Newcastle centre Junior Sau has signed with Melbourne for the 2013 NRL season.
The New Zealand international will join the Storm on a one-year deal, as a replacement for State of Origin centre Dane Nielsen who is headed to the Warriors next season.
Storm football manager Frank Ponissi welcomed the signing of Sau, who has played 86 NRL games for the Knights and represented the Kiwis in seven Test matches.
"The club has been very impressed with the way Junior has conducted himself during negotiations and we look forward to welcoming him at the start of pre-season training," Ponissi said.
"We had the opportunity to add a centre to our squad with the departure of Dane Nielsen, and Junior will compete for that starting spot with a number of the club's exciting juniors."7(7)-6 6-4

Geez the detractors are out in force today across a range of codes. Nothings sacred. You'd think because of last nights win even the non believers would be happy. But No! Take the win, take the #$%$ and f... you!! Well f... you too!!!
Reply"I-see-stupid-people" You obviously look in the mirror quite a bit.Trivialising a pro sport in a childish manner speaks volumes of your capacity to understand.Compare the whistle count league to rugby and these jokers get well paid.
ReplyISSP...yes I find the Warriors very amusing...
