Modric tells Tottenham boss AVB he wants to leave

Reports from AS and Marca suggest that Luka Modric has told Andre Villas-Boas he wants to leave Tottenham.
The Croatian playmaker has been heavily linked with a summer move to Spanish champions Real Madrid and it now appears as though he will push for a move away from White Hart Lane.
There has been a stumbling block with the proposed move because both clubs have been unable to agree a fee but the recent reports indicate that Modric wants out.
Instead of training this morning, Modric had a meeting with Villas-Boas to tell him he has no intention if continuing with Spurs as he tries to push through the deal.
