Giant centre Liz Cambage led the charge against Angola with a game-high 21 points and 10 rebounds while Abby Bishop chipped in with 15 points.
The Opals now travel to Lille, France for a series against Brazil, China and France starting on Friday before heading to the Games.
"It was a great way to end the Sheffield leg. we made some good improvements here," said coach Carrie Graf.
"There are strong teams in the France tournament so we are looking forward to the match-ups there."7(7)-6 4-6 2-6
