Nick Adenhart (22-years-old): August 24, 1986 – April 9, 2009

Adenhart was the top-ranked propsect in the Los Angeles Angels and the youngest active-roster pitcher in the major leagues when he made his debut. But just hours after starting a game the car he was a passenger in car which was hit by a drunk driver running a red light. He died of his injuries in hospital.
