Tottenham, Chelsea keen on Sampdoria striker Mauro Icardi

Tottenham and Chelsea are tracking Sampdoria youngster Mauro Icardi.

The Daily Mail says scouts have watched the 19-year-old on three occasions, including when he scored in the 3-1 derby win over Genoa.

Argentina-born Icardi joined Sampdoria last year from Barcelona after scoring 13 goals in 19 games during a loan spell.
