Man City open talks with Benfica for Javi Garcia

Manchester City are making a move for Benfica midfielder Javi Garcia.
Record says City have already opened talks with Benfica about the former Real Madrid utility and are close to striking terms over a fee.
The Spain international impressed City scouts during Benfica's Champions League games against Chelsea and convinced the Premier League champions to make a play for the midfielder.
